Chur Chur Dahi

Ingredients to make Chur Chur Dahi

  • 4 tbsp pressed rice (poha)
  • 100 grams curd
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Hersheys strawberry syrup
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • 2-4 Strawberries
  • 10 Black Grapes
  • 4 tsp red and green tutti frutti

How to make Chur Chur Dahi

  1. In a bowl soak the pressed rice, poha in the beaten curd for 30 minutes. It would dry and thicken. (If it is too dry, add a little more curd.) Then add honey to this mixture and keep aside.
  2. Take a glass and put 1 tsp of tutti frutti in it. Top it with a layer of banana slices and few black grapes.
  3. Pour 1 tsp strawberry hersheys syrup over it. Now put a thick layer of curd and poha mix prepared.
  4. Top it with the beaten curd again. Once again, add fruits, banana, grapes, tutti frutti and strawberries.
  5. Pour in a little hersheys syrup over the top and your chur chur dahi is ready.

My Tip:

You can add fruits of your choice or seasonal fruits such as mango, pomegranate. You can also add dry fruits, raisins, etc.
