Asian Palm Fritters

Ingredients to make Asian Palm Fritters

  • 1 Big Asian Sweet Palm
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 2 cups grated coconut
  • oil for frying

How to make Asian Palm Fritters

  1. Separate the kennels from the palm fruit and grate it.
  2. Add all the other ingredients with the sweet palm except the oil.
  3. Make small fritters from the batter and deep fry in hot oil.
  4. Serve it hot.
