ABOUT Tomato Raita RECIPE

This raita goes well with Dals or Non-Veg dishes.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Curd 1 cup
  2. 1 big sized Tomato, diced
  3. Curry patta 10-12
  4. Ginger, grated 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 3 tsp
  6. Green chilli 1
  7. Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
  8. Boondi 4 tsp
  9. A pinch of salt
  10. Refined oil 1/8 tsp

Instructions

  1. Add sugar and salt into the curd and beat it well.
  2. Next, mix in the ginger, tomatoes in it.
  3. In a pan add the mustard seeds, chillies and curry leaves. As the spluttering starts and the curry leaves are a little fried, pour this mixture into the curd.
  4. It is ready to be served!
