My cake developed lots of cracks from top, especially in center. Not tiny cracks, but big ones, so much that it broke the cake. Any idea why that happened? I don't have a picture to share.

hi Roshni try substituting each egg with 1 tsp of ground flax seeds and 1/2 tablespoon of yogurt. in this case it means 3tsps ground flax seed and 1 1/2 tablespoons of yogurt. I don't think it ll alter the taste very much
