Rice with coriander, green chilly and spices

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Rice 3 cups
  2. Onion 2medium size
  3. 1 black cardamom
  4. 2 Bay Leaves
  5. 1 inch Daal chini stick
  6. 1 bowl Coriander leaf
  7. 1/2 tspn cumin seeds
  8. Garam Masala
  9. 7-8 Green chilly
  10. 1 inch ginger
  11. salt as per taste
  12. Peas optional
  13. Soyabeen chunks hand full of

Instructions

  1. Diced onion, garlic, chilly, ginger. Chopped coriander, bay leaves, daal chini, black cardamom, cumin seeds, grind all together & make a smooth paste.
  2. Wash and soak the rice in water for 5-6 minute.
  3. Take a pressure pan add 3-4 spoon oil add 1/4 spoon cumin seeds, crackling.
  4. then add the grinded mixture.
  5. Saute it when mixture leave oil in corner. Then add soaked soyabean chunks
  6. Drain the water and Add rice in it.
  7. Saute the rice add salt as per taste. Add 1 tea spoon garam masala.
  8. Then add 6 cups of Luke warm water. When it starts boiling cover the lid.
  9. Wait until 1 whistles to comes out. Then simmer the gas for few minutes.
  10. Open the lid when pressure pan cool down.
  11. Serve it with fried butter milk or daal.
