looks so well made..whenever i make sabudana..it sticks to the pan..how do i avoid it?
I soak the sabudana overnight....and the quantity of water is just enough to let all sabudana dip...not a single drop more...in d mrng sabudana wud ve absorbed all water but still luk v dry....
Just add some peanut powder, tarunima.... Will add to taste and pearls won't stick to each other
Soak sabudana overnight with just enough water. Drain any excess water. Spread to dry in a thali preferably over a muslin cloth. Add ground groundnuts. Salt and sugar and again leave for sometime. Afterwards you can make khichadi the way you like
