Sakshi,I think this is the same masala dosa s masala recipe,adding a little more water.
Puri bhaji (if someone needs recipe I am happy to provide) For bhaji: Boil 2 potatoes and chop roughly Chop 1 onion into medium size squares Chop two green chillies In a pan heat oil. Tadka of mustard seeds, udad dal and hing. Add curry leaves and green chilliea and let it splutter. Add onions and saute on medium heat. Now add potatoes, turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Add half glass water and mash everything roughly. Mix well and let it cook for 2 or 3 mins. Serve with puris. For puri I used equal quantity of wheat flour and maida and 1/4 of that for rava ( 1/4 katori rava for 1 katori wheat flour and 1 katori maida)
