Ingredients Semiya : 500gm Milk. (pre boiled) : 750ml Sugar. :as required as per taste Condensed milk: half a tin Ghee :3tbsp Cloves: 2 nos Cardamom :2 nos Cinnamon stick :1 inch Food colour :orange :as per colour required METHOD: 1.ROAST semiya in a wide kadai.once roasted remove semiya in a plate. 2.In a same kadai add ghee with cloves,cardamom and Cinnamon stick.once the aroma is up add milk. 3.once the milk reaches boiling point add colour and stir and then add semiya. 4.cook semiya in milk for 10 to 15 minutes till it's cooked. 5.once cooked switch off the gas and add condensed milk and sugar as required and mix well. TIPS: GARNISH WITH DRIED FRUIT N NUTS.
