There are some dishes which are rustic but etched to your soul. One such dish is Gobhi Danthal which is a heirloom recipe from my family. I can gorge on this everyday. It's spicy , meaty and yet a vegetarian dish made with discarded Cauliflower Stems. When I made it a few months back I could feel my mother's love in its every bite. I am happy I have learnt this recipe from my mommy dearest.
