@Jiya..this is regular poori bhaji..for poori : take a bowl.add salt, sooji rava(1 tbsp), wheat flour and little water. Knead into a tight dough. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Roll into pooris and deep fry in oil. For bhaji: boil potatoes in cooker and keep aside. Take a kadai. Add oil. Splutter mustard. Add urad dal, curry leaves, green chillies and onion. Saute for 5 minutes. Then add haldi powder, mix well, add salt and 1 cup water and let the mixture boil. Once boiled add mashed potatoes and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
