Very tasty and yummy cheese galette recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Crust, 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/8 tsp salt
  3. 1/4 cup chilled butter
  4. 2 tbsp ice cold water
  5. For filling, 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 3 nicely chopped garlic
  7. 1/2 cup spring onion white part only
  8. 1 cup sliced cheese sausage
  9. 1 and 1/2 tsp soua sauce
  10. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  11. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  12. Salt according to taste
  13. 1/2 tsp rosemary
  14. 1/2 cup cheese cubes
  15. 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  16. 2 eggs
  17. 1 beaten egg
  18. 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  19. 1 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A DEEP MIXING BOWL
  2. ADD 1/8 TSP SALT
  3. 1/4 CUP CHILLED BUTTER
  4. MIX BUTTER TILL ALL NICELY COMBINE
  5. AND MAKE CRUMBLES OF FLOUR
  6. NOW ADD 1/2 TSP VINEGAR
  7. 2 TBSP ICE COLD WATER
  8. AND KNEAD SEMI SOLID DOUGH
  9. KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MINUTES TO CHILL
  10. MEANWHILE PREPARE STUFFING, HEAT 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL AND ADD 3 NICELY CHOPPED GARLIC
  11. 1/2 CUP NICELY CHOPPED SPRING ONION ONLY WHITE PART
  12. SAUTE IT TILL SOFT
  13. NOW ADD 1 CUP SLICED CHEESE SAUSAGES
  14. ADD 1 AND 1/2 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  15. 1 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
  16. 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  17. AND ADD SALT ACCORDING TO TASTE
  18. ADD 1/2 TSP ROSEMARY
  19. AGAIN STIR FOR 1 MINUTE AND SWITCH OF GAS
  20. WHEN COOL DOWN ADD 1/2 CUP CHEESE CUBES
  21. NOW TAKE OUT DOUGH AND AGAIN KNEAD
  22. DEVIDE INTO TWO EQUAL PART AND MAKE SLIGHTLY THICK CHAPATI
  23. SPREAD 1 TBSP CHILLI SAUCE ON THE BASE OF CHAPATI, LEAVE 1 INCH FROM SIDES
  24. NOW SPREAD 1CUP MOZRELLA CHEESE ON THE BASA
  25. FILL THE STUFFING IN THE CENTRE
  26. AND FOLD THE SIDES OVER THE STUFFING
  27. GREASE THE SIDES WITH 1 BEATEN EGG
  28. SPRINKLE 1 TSP BLACK SESAME SEEDS
  29. AND 1 TSP POPPY SEEDS ON SIDE WALLS
  30. NOW KEEP IN PREHEATED OVEN AND BAKE AT 180* TO 190* FOR 20 MINUTES
  31. AFTER 20 MINUTES KEEP OUT AND POUR 1 1 EGG IN EACH GALETTE
  32. AND AGAIN BAKE THIS FOR 10 MINUTES
  33. WHEN DONE KEEP OUT
  34. NOW CHEESE SAUSAGES GALETTE ARE READY TO SERVE
