Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Dough
  2. 1.5 cups All purpose flour
  3. 3/4 teaspoon yeast
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  7. 2 tbsp+ 2 teaspoon oil
  8. For Filling
  9. 70g Maggi Pazzta packet - any flavour
  10. 250 ml water
  11. 50g sliced mozarella cheese
  12. 2 tbsp chopped olives
  13. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  14. 1.5 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  15. 1 tbsp Sesame seeds to garnish
  16. 1 tbsp flax seeds to garnish
  17. 1 tbsp parsley for garnish
  18. 1 beaten egg for glazing

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1.5 CUPS FLOUR, MAKE 3 WELLS LIKE THIS
  2. ADD 3/4 TSP INSTANT YEAST, 1 TSP EACH OF SUGAR & SALT INTO THESE, MIX
  3. ADD 2 TBSP OIL, 1/2 CUP LUKEWARM WATER & KNEAD INTO A SOFT, SMOOTH DOUGH
  4. TRANSFER THE DOUGH INTO AN OIL-GREASED BOWL, COVER & REST IN A WARM PLACE FOR 2 HOURS
  5. CUT OPEN A MAGGI PAZZTA CHEESE MACARONI PACKET, ADD CONTENTS INTO A PAN
  6. ADD THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACK
  7. ADD 2 CUPS WATER, MIX WELL
  8. BRING TO A BOIL
  9. SIMMER & COOK FOR 5 MINS, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY
  10. TRANSFER THE READY PAZZTA TO A BOWL, SET ASIDE
  11. GENTLY DEFLATE THE RESTED DOUGH
  12. ROLL OUT THE DOUGH INTO A TRIANGLE ON A FLOUR DUSTED SURFACE
  13. PLACE 50 GMS SLICED MOZZARELLA CHEESE ON ONE SIDE, LEAVING A GAP TOWARDS THE EDGES
  14. ADD THE READY MAGGI PAZZTA ON TOP
  15. ADD A HANDFUL OF CHOPPED OLIVES
  16. SPRINKLE A PINCH EACH OF RED CHILLI FLAKES & ITALIAN SEASONING
  17. ROLL INTO A TIGHT LOG, SEAL EDGES FROM ALL SIDES
  18. PLACE THE LOG ON AN OIL GREASED & LINED BAKING TRAY
  19. MAKE EQUAL SLITS HALFWAY THROUGH THE DOUGH LIKE THIS
  20. GIVE AN EGG WASH ON TOP
  21. SPRINKLE A HANDFUL OF SESAME & FLAX SEEDS
  22. BAKE FOR 20-22 MINS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON TOP
  23. SPRINKLE DRY PARSLEY ON TOP
  24. SLICE & SERVE WARM
