Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lady finger 12-15
  2. Green chilli 2
  3. Garlic 6-8
  4. Cilantro leaves
  5. Salt
  6. Oregano 1/4 tsp
  7. Peri peri masala 1/4 tsp
  8. Lemon juice
  9. oil

Instructions

  1. WASH, DRY & SLIT 12 BHINDIS, GET THE STUFFING READY
  2. FOR MASALA STUFFING : 2 GREEN CHILLIES 8 GARLIC CLOVES A HANDFUL OF CORIANDER 1/4 TSP OREGANO 1/4 TSP PERI PERI MASALA 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE 1 TBSP OIL SALT TO TASTE
  3. STUFF THE MASALA INTO THE SLIT BHINDI, SET ASIDE FOR 10 MINS
  4. PLACE THE BHINDI ON A LINED BAKING TRAY
  5. BAKE FOR 20 MINS AT 240 DEGREES IN A PRE HEATED OVEN
  6. SERVE HOT WITH DIP
