Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk 1 liter
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Vinegar 1f1/2 tablespoon
  4. Crushed pistachio 3 tablespoon
  5. Rose essence 1teaspoon
  6. White bread slices 10
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. INTO 1 LITRE BOILING MILK, ADD 1.5 TABLESPOON VINEGAR DILUTED WITH LITTLE WATER. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN MILK CURDLES
  2. STRAIN THE WHEY
  3. BLEND THE CHENNA
  4. MAKE 20 BALLS OF THE GROUND MIX
  5. STUFF EACH BALL WITH 1 TABLESPOON PISTACHIO POWDER ANDSEAL
  6. BOIL 1 CUP SUGAR WITH 2 CUPS WATER, ADD 1 TEASPOOON ROSE ESSENCE
  7. PUT STUFFED BALLS INTO THE SUGAR SYRUP AND BOIL FOR 20 MINUTES
  8. DRAIN THE BALLS AND KEEP ASIDE
  9. ON A WET CLOTH, ROLL 10 BREAD SLICES AFTER CUTTING OFF THE EDGES
  10. CUT DIAGONALLY
  11. PLACE THE BOILED CHENNA BALLS ON THE BREAD . WRAP AND SEAL THE EDGES WITH FLOUR WATER SLURRY
  12. DEEP FRY THESE BALLS ON MEDIUM HEAT TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND CRISP, SERVE HOT
