Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rajgira/Amaranth popped 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 3/4 Cup
  3. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  4. Honey 1 teaspoon
  5. Lemon/orange zest 1/4 tsp
  6. Sliced Seasonal fruits (of your choice) kiwis, strawberries, oranges - as required
  7. 4 tbsp Dry fruits to decorate

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN, ADD 3/4 CUP JAGGERY WITH LITTLE WATER
  2. ADD 1 CUP POPPED RAJGIRA. MIX NICELY AND SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
  3. GREASE THE PIE TIN WITH MELTED BUTTER/GHEE
  4. SPREAD JAGGERY , RAJGIRA MIXTURE ON GREASED PIE DISH
  5. ADD 1 TEASPOON HONEY TO HUNG CURD.MIX WELL
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP LEMON/ORANGE ZEST TO HUNG CURD. MIX WELL
  7. SPREAD HUNG CURD ON TO RAJGIRA JAGGERY MIXTURE
  8. DECORATE THE TART WITH FRESH FRUITS AND DRY FRUITS. CUT AND SERVE.
