ABOUT Coriander Chutney RECIPE

A short and simple way to make coriander chutney to be served with a variety of snacks

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Coriander Leaves 250 gram’s
  2. Green Chill - 4 to 5
  3. 2 tablespoon Curd
  4. 1 tea spoon whole cumin
  5. 1 pinch of Asafoetida(Heena) powder
  6. Lemon juice of two lemons
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash Coriander leaves and green chillies and let them dry. Then in a mixer grinder add curd.
  2. Add salt to taste
  3. Add Cumin seeds
  4. Add Asafoetida(Heeng) powder
  5. Add the coriander leaves and chillies in the mixer grinder
  6. Grind in the mixer
  7. Check.
  8. Add lemon juice
