ABOUT White sauce khichdi RECIPE

This very unique fusion of desi and videshi khana. Basically in this recipe plane khichdi is fused with white sauce.white sauce gives creamy texture to dish.oreagano and red chili flakes inhances its taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooked khichdi- 1 bowl
  2. White sauce- 1 bowl
  3. Onion- 2 tbsp
  4. Garlic- 7/8 pod
  5. Cheese- 2 tbsp
  6. Capsicum- 2 tbsp
  7. Oregano flakes- 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli flakes- 1 tsp
  9. olive oil- 2 tbsp
  10. salt as required

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE REQUIRED INGREDIENTS.
  2. TAKE A PAN AND POUR SOME OIL AND HEAT IT.
  3. PUT CHOPPED GARLIC.
  4. WHEN GARLIC BECOMES GOLDEN BROWN ADD CHOPPED ONION.
  5. THEN ADD CAPSICUM AND SAUTE IT.
  6. COVER THE PAN WITH LID FOR SOME TIME.
  7. THEN ADD COOKED KHICHDI.
  8. MIX IT WELL.
  9. NOW ADD WHITE SAUCE.
  10. AFTER A MINUTE ADD OREGANO AND RED CHILLI FLAKES.
  11. ADD PINCH OF SALT INTO IT.
  12. AT LAST ADD CHEESE.
  13. NOW WHITE SAUCE KHICHDI IS READY TO SERVE.
  14. SERVE IT HOT.
