  1. Oil 1/2 cup
  2. Coriander leaves 1 cup roughly chopped
  3. Palak 1 cup roughly chopped
  4. Tomato 1 roughly chopped
  5. Onion 1 roughly chopped
  6. Green chillies 2 chopped
  7. Garlic 5-6 cloves(do not chop)
  8. Ginger 1 tukra roughly chopped
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Red chillie powder 1/2teaspoon
  11. Haldi powder 1/4teaspoon
  12. Garam masala powder 1/4teaspoon
  13. Dhaniya powder 1/4teaspoon
  14. Jeera seeds 1/2teaspoon
  15. Curd 1 tablespoon (optional)
  16. Malai 1 tablespoon (optional )
  17. Hari elachi 1
  18. Laung 2
  19. Amul Butter for garnishing

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS USED
  2. ON THE FLAME, PLACE KADAI, ADD OIL
  3. ADD ALL ROUGHLY CHOPPED VEGGIES TOGETHER CORIANDER,PALAK,ONION,GARLIC,GREEN CHILLIES,GINGER,TOMATOES
  4. MIX WELL
  5. DO NOT OVER COOK
  6. OFF THE GAS WHEN OIL COMES OUT
  7. TAKE OUT THE VEGGIE CORIANDER PALAK MIXTURE IN A JUG OR BLENDER JAR, ADD LAUNG AND ELACHI TO IT
  8. BLEND WELL
  9. USING THE SAME KADAI, ADD OIL
  10. ADD ALL DRY SPICES ALONG WITH JEERA AND SALT,MIX WELL
  11. THIS WAY, ADD PUREED CORIANDER PALAK SAAG TO IT
  12. THE TEXTURE BEGINS TO THICKEN, AND THE OIL IS SEEN
  13. THIS TIME ADD A SPOONFUL OF CURD (OPTIONAL)
  14. ADD A SPOONFUL OF MALAI (OPTIONAL), MIX WELL
  15. NOW ADD PANEER TO IT, MIX WELL, KEEP FOR FEW MINUTES MORE ON SIM FLAME, TILL OUT COMES OUT AGAIN
  16. TAKE OUT IN A SERVING DISH, PUT A DOLLOP OF BUTTER ON TOP OF IT, SERVE HOT WITH ROTI OR PARANTHA
