  1. Rice floor 1 cup
  2. Water 2 cup
  3. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. DUNK SALT AND RICE FLOOR INTO BOILING WATER
  2. STIR VIGOROUSLY AND CLOSE THE LID, ALLOW TO COOL
  3. OPEN THE LID AND KNEAD THE DOUGH SMOOTHLY
  4. DIVIDE THE DOUGH TO ORANGE SIZED BALLS
  5. TAKE ROTI SHEET, SPREAD RICE FLOOR, PLACE A RICE BALL AND COVER WITH ANOTHER SHEET
  6. PAT IT
  7. TRANSFER IT ON HOT TAWA
  8. AFTER A MINUTE COOK DIRECTLY ON FLAME
  9. TURN OVER AND COOK
  10. ROTI STARTS PUFF UP LIKE BALLOON
  11. QUICKLY FLIP USING TONGS AND COOK OTHER SIDE FOR FEW SECONDS
  12. SEE HERE HOW IT IS
  13. BOTH THE SIDE WELL COOKED
  14. PLACE IT ON SERVING PLATE
