Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 pcs bread slice
  2. 1 cucumber chopped
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 big tomato chopped
  5. 2 tbso mayonaise
  6. 2tsp tomato chilli sauce
  7. 1tbso italian seasoning
  8. 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1 CUP CHOPPED CUCUMBER, ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES, 1 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
  2. ADD 2 TBSP MAYONNAISE, 2 TSP TOMATO CHILLI SAUCE
  3. ADD 1 TSP ITALIAN HERB SEASONING, MIX WELL & KEEP ASIDE
  4. APPLY 1 TSP MELTED BUTTER / OLIVE OIL ON BREAD SLICES
  5. PUT THE BUTTERED SIDE ON THE GRILL, ADD 2 TSP READY MIX ON THE BREAD
  6. COVER WITH ANOTHER BUTTERED SLICE, GRILL FOR 6 -7 MINS OR TILL GOLDEN & CRISP
  7. HOT & CRISP SANDWICHES ARE READY
  8. SERVE WITH TOMATO KETCHUP ON THE SIDE
