Clean ,green chillies,slit in the middle remove excess seeds.fill with salt Putt them in a container add sour curd.leave for two dats.then dry it in sun .in the night agsin put them in the remaining curd left .repeat till all the butter milk dries and chillies are sun dried. Fry them in oil when ever needed.
