They are growing so give them healthy recepies with added sprouts ( protein) not very fried. Roasted one. Try to add veges and fruits. Like vege cutlets, milk shakes. Egg recepies are good for them.
U can gv them chicken sandwiches. ..boil chicken wid ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper,and pinch of garam masala powder wid little water and shred them and mix it in mayonaise Then take a bread apply butter on it and chicken mixture and its ready. .

U can make cutlets,with veg,chicken or fish & make burger with it adding cheese ,lettuce,onion,tomato. Chappathi rolls r good. Filling either with eggs,chicken shredded pieces,like that. With mayo. Maida dosa,filling coconut & sugar. Roll.
