Drink butter milk in which u can add the paste of curry leaves and coriander leaves and ginger with salt.
Eat handful of nuts, especially walnuts. Have an Aloe vera plant at home. Apply aloe gel mixed with Olive oil. Or message regularly with Almond oil ( Rogan badam shirin) .Mix it with Coconut oil, Warm and apply. If you are using hair Colour than avoid too much use. And yes applying conditioner to Scalp also affects. Apply it to hairs below ears. Avoid Oily and Spicy food.
