Change your eating habits by avoiding certain foods that generate body odor. You need to avoid food that is rich in fat, red meat, alcohol, coffee and other caffeine products, spices like onions, garlic. Chlorophyllin in vegetables absorbs body odor. So you must eat a lot of vegetables.
