In his Instagram reel, Sanjeev Kapoor first made lemon ice cubes with lemon juice and water. Next, he left the ice cubes to freeze and then used four jars, each consisting of different fruits. Sanjeev Kapoor uses the following fruits to make perfect detox water for summer. So, pick your favourite fruit and stay refreshed during the summers.
Sanjeev Kapoor uses pomegranate and orange for making detox water as both of these fruits are loaded with vitamins and minerals. All you have to do is slice these fruits into pieces and keep them in a jar. Next, just add some water and lemon ice cubes to the jar. Detox water made with the goodness of pomegranate, orange and lemon ice cubes is best for your skin.
If you love the juicy flavours of grapes and the refreshing taste of cucumber, then here you go. Just keep another jar and add sliced cucumber and black grapes to it. After you have added water to the jar, do not forget to add lemon ice cubes. Black grapes and cucumber detox water are very beneficial as it hydrates your body in a very promising manner. And as both of them are low in calories, this detox water also aids weight loss.
Here is another detox water that you can infuse with the flavours of strawberries and green apple. As Sanjeev Kapoor used lemon as the base of detox water, the goodness gets redoubled when you add strawberries and green apples. This detox water not only flushes out the toxins but also boosts your metabolism.
Last but not the least, Sanjeev Kapoor chooses Italian lemon and kiwi. Lemons belonging to the citrus fruits category are loaded with lots of Vitamin C and kiwi also contains antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
