Ingredients Required For Making Potato Wedges

1. Potatoes

2. Salted water

3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp

4. Oil

5. Dry oregano – 1 tbsp

6.Corn starch – 4 tbsp

7. Rice flour – 2 tbsp

8. Refined flour – 2 tbsp

9. Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

10. Asafoetida – ¼ tsp

11. Tomato – 1

12. Onion – 1

13. Green chillies – 3

14. Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

15. Salt – according to taste

16. Chaat masala – ¼ tsp

17. Lemon juice

Ranveer Brar’s Potato Wedges Recipe

1. For seasoning, take a bowl and add oregano, corn starch, rice flour, refined flour, red chilli powder, asafoetida and mix all the ingredients properly.

2. Then, take a large and heat salted water in it and later add potato that is cut in wedges to it. Cook till it’s about 30% cooked.

3. Next, remove the wedges and add seasoning to them and let them cool for some time.

4. Then, take a kadhai and heat some oil in it. Next, deep fry the cooled potato wedges until cooked properly. Then, remove and keep on an absorbent paper.

5. Again, heat some oil and deep fry the wedges for a second time.

6. Then remove it on absorbent paper and sprinkle salt and red chilli powder.

7. Next, take a bowl and add chopped tomato, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice and mix all of it properly.

8. Then add this masala to potato wedges and also sprinkle some grated cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise depending on your taste.
