1. Capsicum – 2
2. Potato – 5
3. Cauliflower
4. Carrot – 1
5. Peas – ⅓ cup
6. Ginger – ½ inch
7. Garlic clove – 3
8. Water
9. Salt
10. Butter
11. Onion – 3
12. Pav
13. Oil
14. Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp
15. Degi red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
16. Amchur powder – 1 tbsp
17. Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
18. Lemon juice
1. Take a bowl to boil the following vegetables: cauliflower, carrot, potato, garlic cloves, ginger, and capsicum. Add only an adequate amount of water that covers the vegetable fully.
2. Next, add some butter. Let the vegetables overcook.
3. Now, mash the boiled vegetables. For colour, you can add beetroot or chilli garlic paste too.
4. Now, take a pan to make pav bhaji masala. Add butter and oil to it.
5. Next add onion, tomato, chilli, ginger garlic paste, salt, and tomato puree for colour.
6. Do not let the onions turn brown. After this add capsicum, do not overcook the vegetables.
7. Then, add degi red chilli powder, butter, and pav bhaji masala.
8. Later, add the mashed vegetables to this. Also, add some more butter and pav bhaji masala.
9. Add some water and keep the texture of bhaji runny.
10. Also, add amchur powder to it.
11. Then, garnish pav bhaji masala with coriander leaves.
12. Take tawa and add butter to it. Also, sprinkle some water.
13. Then cook the pav. You can also make a masala pav by adding pav bhaji masala.
14. Finally, squeeze some lemon juice and enjoy the taste of pav bhaji.
