Ingredients to make Chicken rezala in bengali
- Chicken 500 gms
- Onion paste 4 spoons
- Ginger paste 1 spoon
- Garlic paste 1 and 1/2 spoon
- Keora water 1 spoon
- Curd 1/2 cup
- Salt (as per the taste)
- Sugar (as per the taste)
- Coriander powder 2 spoons
- Dried red chilli 2 pieces
- Jayfal 1 pinch
- Javitri 1 pinch
- Clove 4 pieces
- Ilaichi 3 pieces
- Cinnamon 1 small stick
- ghee
- Refined oil
- Kaju and posto paste
How to make Chicken rezala in bengali
- Marinate the chicken with onion, garlic, ginger pastes, salt, sugar, curd, keora water for 1 hour
- Pour oil and ghee into pan
- Add dried red chilli, jayfal, javitri, clove, ilaichi, cinnamon
- Pour the whole marinated mixture in the oil, cover it and let it cook till the chicken gets softer
- Add coriander powder and cook for a while..
- Add the kaju and posto paste.. Stir, mix and cook....serve with rice or chapatti
