Bhapa Dohi ના વિશે
Ingredients to make Bhapa Dohi in gujarati
- Curd- 200gm
- Condensed milk - 200gm
- Milk- 100ml
- Pistachios 1 tablespoon cut into slivers
- Almonds blanched and cut into slivers 1 tablespoon
How to make Bhapa Dohi in gujarati
- Put a steamer with water on gas stove on medium heat.
- Meanwhile blend curd, condensed milk and milk in a blending jar for a minute.
- Pour mixture into a mold or bowl. Put the mold in steamer. Then close the steamer lid and steam it for 30-35 minutes.
- Turn off the gas. Take out ready Bhapa Dohi and allow to come room temperature.
- Serve cool bhapa dohi with Garnish of Pistachios and Almond Slivers.
