Quick receipe for you all : Heat a tsp of oil , add 1/4 tsp cumin followed by 2 tbsp each of chana and urad dal.saute till lightly roasted. Add 2 t 3 green chillies,4 to 5 garlic cloves,small peiCe if ginger and saute. Add 2 cups tightly packed raddish leaves ( with the veins),small piece of tamarind,salt, saute till cooked. Cool and Grind with little water. Temper with mustard sees,red chillies and hing.
