सामग्री सर्विंग: 3

  1. Sweet corn- 1 bowl
  2. Milk - 1½ bowl
  3. Condensed milk- 1½bowl
  4. Coconut powder-1 bowl
  5. Ghee-½ bowl
  6. Red food color(optional)

निर्देश

  1. First boil the corn with milk.
  2. Boil it till milk remains ¼
  3. Now put the corn into the jar and grind it in smooth paste
  4. Now take a pan and put ¼ bowl ghee and corn paste and heat it.
  5. Stir this mixture continue.
  6. Wen ghee left the mix add 4 spoon condensed milk in the mixture
  7. And stir it continue and make a tighy dough of the corn paste mixture.
  8. Let it be cool.
  9. Now take a second pan.
  10. And add coconut powder and remaining condensed milk and 2 spoon ghee.
  11. Stir it continue nd make dough as well as corn paste.
  12. And little red food color
  13. Let it be cool
  14. Now take a dish nd cover it wid foil paper or butter paper
  15. First set the layer of corn mixture dough
  16. Now set the second layer of coconut layer.
  17. Cover it and refrigate it for ½ an hour
  18. And cut the pieces
  19. Burfi is ready.
