  1. For the nawabi paste
  2. Sliced onions -3/4 cup
  3. Cashewnuts broken - 1tbsp
  4. Chopped badam -1 tbsp
  5. Coriander seeds -2tsp
  6. Khas-khas -1tbsp
  7. Saunf -2 tbsp
  8. Freshly grated coconut -2 tbsp
  9. Chopped ginger -1tsp
  10. Green chili chopped -1
  11. Whole dry khashmiri red chillies -4
  12. Clove -2
  13. Elaichi -2
  14. Salt to taste
  15. ( nawabi paste-combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smoth paste)
  16. For the nawabi curry
  17. Ghee -2 tbsp
  18. Ready-made tomato purre 1/2
  19. Suger-2tsp
  20. Salt to taste
  21. For the Sahi pulao
  22. cups cooked rice -3 1/2
  23. Dalchini stick-1
  24. Ghee -2tbsp
  25. Elaichi -1
  26. Chopped kaju - 1tbls
  27. Chopped Kishmish - 2 tbsp
  28. Chopped canned pineapple - 2tbsp
  29. Chopped cherries - 2tbsp
  30. Other ingredients
  31. Ghee for garnishing
  32. Milk -3tbsp

निर्देश

  1. For the nawabi curry
  2. 1 . Heat the ghee in a non stick pan, add the nawabi paste and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 min, while stirring constantly.
  3. 2 .Add the tomato puree, fresh suger and salt mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 min, while stirring occasionally.
  4. 3 . 1/4 cup of water mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 min. While stirring constantly,keep aside.
  5. For the pulao
  6. 1 . Heat the ghee in a non stick pan, add the elaichi and dalchini, mix well and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  7. 2 . Add the badam,kishmish and kaju, mix well on a medium flame for 1 to 2 min. Or till they turn light brown in colour.
  8. 3 . Add the rice, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 min.
  9. 4 . Add the sugar cherries., pineapple and salt, mix rightly and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 min. While stirring occasionally.
  10. 5 .Divide it into 2 equal portions and keep aside.
  11. How to proceed
  12. 1, grease a microwave backing bowl with ghee put 1 potion of sahi pulao in it the back of the spoon.
  13. 2 . Put the prepared nawabi curry over it and Spread it evenly using the back of the spoon.
  14. 3 . Put the 2nd Portion of sahi pulao over it and spread it evenly.
  15. 4 . Pour the milk over it, cover with lid and cook in a pre-heated oven at 180c for 10 to 12 min or microwave on high for 3 to 4 min.
  16. 5 . Just before serving turn upside down on a big serving plate.
  17. 6 . Serve immediately.
