सामग्री सर्विंग: 1

  1. 1 cup frozen green peas
  2. 1/4 cup onions,finely chopped
  3. 5 Green chillies
  4. 1 medium pod garlic
  5. 1/2 inch ginger
  6. 12 pieces cashew nut
  7. 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  8. 2 tsp rice flour
  9. 2 tsp gram flour
  10. 1 tsp lime juice
  11. 1/4 cup crushed corn flakes
  12. 3 tsp oil

निर्देश

  1. Wash the green peas and drain all the water
  2. In a food processor,add cashews and powder them
  3. Transfer this powder into a bowl
  4. Add green chilli,ginger and garlic in a food processor and make a fine paste
  5. Add the paste to the cashew powder bowl
  6. Now add green peas in a food processor and make a coarse paste
  7. Add the paste to the cashew powder
  8. Add salt, chopped onions, coriander,rice flour,besan and lime juice.Mix well
  9. Divide the paste into equal parts and make cyclindrical shapes.
  10. Roll the shapes on the crushed corn flakes
  11. Add oil to the pan and shallow fry until they are golden brown
  12. Serve hot with your favourite dip
