ABOUT Chicken Dimsums RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For the dough:
  2. All purpose flour- 1 cup
  3. Hot water for kneading
  4. Salt to taste
  5. For stuffing:
  6. Minced chicken- 1 cup
  7. Diced onions- 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped fresh red less spicy chillies
  9. Chopper ginger & garlic- 1 tbsp
  10. Chopped green chillies- 1 tsp
  11. Freshly ground pepper- 1 tsp
  12. Mixed spices- 1 tsp
  13. Butter- 1 tbsp
  14. Soya sauce- 1 tsp
  15. Chopped Coriander
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Make a medium soft dough and keep aside for 15 min.
  2. Mix stuffing ingredients
  3. Make 12 equal pieces of dough and roll into puris.
  4. Fold half side of the puri into pleats, insert stuffing in it and stick on the other side of the puri to shape like a dimsum.
  5. Steam dimsums for 15 to 20 mins.
  6. Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
