Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. peas 1 katori
  2. Paneer 100 gms
  3. 2 onion paste
  4. tomato 1 katori puree
  5. cream/ malai 1/2 katori
  6. kaju paste (10 kaju)
  7. Salt to taste
  8. oil 2 tbsp
  9. red chilli 1 tbsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
  11. sabji masala 1 tbsp
  12. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  13. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  14. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp chopped
  15. Kasturi methi 1 tbsp
  16. cumin seed 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in cooker add cumin seed.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 2 minutes minutes.
  3. Add onion paste and then after 2 minutes add kaju paste. mix well till it change in light brown.
  4. add all spices and mix well.
  5. Add tomato puree and mix well.
  6. When masala leaves oil then add cream and mix well.
  7. Add peas and mix it well for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Close the lid and wait for 5 vessel.
  9. when steam come out then open the lid and add paneer and kasturi methi, coriander leaves and mix.
  10. Served hot with chapati.
