ABOUT Grape and pineapple chutney RECIPE

basically its a bengali dish, called anaraser chutney-made up of pineapple but after adding grapes to it, it will give a different and special taste to it.

Ingredients Serving: 15

  1. Pineapple chopped 1 bowl
  2. Black grapes 2 bowls
  3. Black salt to taste
  4. Saunf 4 spoons
  5. Mustard seeds 2 spoons
  6. Pudina 1 spn
  7. Sugar 5 spns
  8. Mustard oil 3 spns
  9. Jeera powder 1 spn
  10. Lemon juice 3 spoons

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan and crackle mustard seeds.
  2. Add chopped pineapple and grapes, cook them till they get properly soft.
  3. Add all other leftover ingredients.
  4. Cook they till it is the consistency of a thick chutney.
  5. This chutney can b stored in fridge for a number of days.

The pineapple and grapes combination sounds great..can we use some fruits in this?
