About Masala paneer Recipe

It'd too dilicious & nicely goes with naan or rotis

Masala paneer

Ingredients to make Masala paneer

  • paneer 250 gm
  • onion paste 1 cup
  • green chilly paste 1 teaspoon
  • ginger - garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Masala paneer

  1. Heat oil in a pan & add the onion paste,green chilli paste & salt. Nicely cook them.
  2. Then add the ginger garlic paste & saute well.
  3. Now add the powdered spices accept garam masala. Cooke them well by adding little by little water.
  4. Then add the paneer & saute well. Add enough water for cooking & simmer it for 10 minutes.
  5. When the paneer in nicely cooked add the garam masala powder & serve hot.
