A delicious recipe of delhi goes yummy with bathura,poori or chawal.

Ingredients to make Chole

  • Chole( kaabuli chana) 2 cup
  • onion 2 big size
  • green chilly 3-4
  • garlic 3-4
  • salt to taste
  • Dry spices
  • Powdered spices

How to make Chole

  1. Soak chole( kaabuli chana) overnight in water
  2. Finely chop 2big onion,2-3 green chilly and 3-4 garlic
  3. Chop 3 medium size tomatoes
  4. Take 1tsp of turmeric powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,chole masala and salt to taste
  5. Take 4 tbsp of oil in pressure cooker and add dry spices
  6. Now add chopped onion,green chilly and garlic
  7. When onion turn in golden colour add chopped tomatoes fry till all get mixed properly
  8. Add soaked chola and fry for 5-10 min on medium flame
  9. Add all the spices and fry for 2min
  10. Add water as per your requirement (2-3 cup) and pressure cook upto 3-4 whistle
  11. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves
