Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg chicken
  2. 3 medium sized onions
  3. 2 medium sized tomato
  4. Chopped cilantro 2tbsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tesp
  6. 1/2tesp turmeric powder
  7. 3 tesp chilli powder
  8. 4 tesp corriander powder
  9. salt as per taste
  10. Oil 3 tbsp
  11. Saunf 1tesp
  12. 1 1/ 2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Place a pan on medium heat,add oil, once hot add saunf.
  2. Once it splutters add chopped onion and saute till light brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell vanishes. Add chopped tomato and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. To it add turmeric, salt, chilli powder and coriander powder, lower the flame and saute for a minute. Add chicken and mix well, add water stir and cook on low flame ,with lid covered. Once chicken is cooked increase flame, add chopped cilantro and deep fry the dish stiring often. Yummy chicken fry is ready.
