Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Mutton 1/2 cup
  2. pepper powder 1 tsp
  3. jeera powder 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  5. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  7. coriander leaves few
  8. Mutton masala powder 1/2 tsp
  9. oil as required
  10. salt as required
  11. onion 2
  12. tomato 1
  13. ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In cooker heat oil add onion.saute it till golden brown.after add ginger garlic paste.after 7 min add tomato.cook tomato till mussy.
  2. After add red chilli powder, turmeric powder,Garam masala,salt,mix well.
  3. Add mutton pieces.cook for 10 min.and then add water.cook for 7-8 whistles.
  4. After add pepper jeera powder .mix well.cook well till gravy gets thick consistency.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and then serve it.
