Saw this recipe in french channel,the chef prepared in Tofu and paprika but replaced it with Paneer and red chilli powder.Its turned out absolutely tasty .
I really want to try this.
Cut the paneer in 1/2 " rectangle shape .Let it soak in hot water for 2 mins.So that paneer will absorb the masala and it will be soft.
Marinate the ingredinets given under"To marinate " for 5 mins.
*Heat Oil in a non stick pan,fry the paneer on both sides until golden brown.Keep it aside.
*On the same pan add the butter,roast the garlic,once it saute well add the coriander leaves.Then add the grapefruit sauce.Mix well and boil it for 2 mins or the sauce will be little thick .Switch off the flame.
*While serving,place the paneer in a plate and drizzle the sauce all over the paneer on top .
