A refreshing high protein shake plus dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sugar 1 cup
  2. Kesar 1 tbsp
  3. Elaichi 1 tbsp
  4. Soya milk 500 ml
  5. Fresh paneer 50 grams
  6. Gulab jamun 3 pcs.
  7. Ice
  8. Water 1/2 cup.

Instructions

  1. In a heavy bottom pan add 1 cup sugar,powder elaichi with 1/2 cup water and let it boil. Heat a small katori directly on flame for 20 secs. Now put that out of flame and add kesar to it and pound the kesar to fine powder.
  2. Let the sugar mixture boil for ten minutes. Once the mixture turns into a one string consistency chasni and powdered kesar to it and let it cool. U can store it in a sterilised bottle and use it when ever needed.
  3. Now take soya milk, add fresh home made paneer out of cow milk to it. Add kesar sharbat to it and blend it in a mixture jar along with few ice cubes.
  4. For serving take a big mason jar, pour the kesar shake in it. Top with vanilla ice cream and add big pieces of gulab jamun in it. Drizzle some sharbat on the top with some kesar strands and a big piece of gulab jamun on the jar.
