Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wholewheat flour (atta)- 1 cup/150 gm
  2. Ground sugar ½ cup /100 gm
  3. Ghee 2 tbsp / 30 gm
  4. Vegetable oil for shallow-frying
  5. Water to make batter

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and ghee with enough water to make the batter.
  2. Warm the oil in a flat non-stick pan on low flame. Spread the oil all round the pan.
  3. Pour a large spoonful of batter and spread it evenly; when one side is cooked turn over and cook the other side till brown and crisp. Repeat with the remaining batter.
