Protein packed Egg roll

Ingredients to make Protein packed Egg roll

  • eggs 3
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • Milk (low fat) 2 tbsp
  • onion 1 small size
  • carrot finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • cilantro finely chopped 1 tsp
  • pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Protein packed Egg roll

  1. Arrange all the listed ingredients above to make egg roll.
  2. Break the eggs one by one and add In a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk it with the help of fork or whisker.
  4. Now add milk to the eggs and whisk again for few seconds.
  5. Further add finely chopped onion, carrot and cilantro and combine well.
  6. Sprinkle pepper powder and salt as required.
  7. Now mix everything well and prepare a smooth batter.
  8. Heat a non stick pan and grease it with ghee. When it is heated pour batter over pan and it should be thin layer of batter.
  9. When 70% of the batter is cooked start rolling 3/4th portion of it with the help of two spatulas.
  10. If require grease the remaining portion of the pan and pour thin layer of batter again.
  11. Further cook the egg batter, roll it and pour the remaining batter until your batter is empty.
  12. Finally turn off the flame when rolls are cooked and remove on to a plate.
  13. When it is warm cut the rolls with 1 inch gap and serve plain or along with ketchup or any dip of your choice.

My Tip:

Do not pour the thick layer of batter as it will break at the time of rolling. It should be as thin as possible.
