About Protein packed Egg roll Recipe
This dish include eggs, low fat milk, few veggies and seasonings and can be served as a snack especially to the kids which gives enough amount of protein for their growth. One large egg contains 6 gms of protein and packed with branched-chain amino acids. This is a quick recipe of egg roll and i find it much easier to prepare whenever my baby asks for something to eat.

- 1 tsp
- Milk (low fat) 2 tbsp
- 1 small size
- finely chopped 1 tbsp
- finely chopped 1 tsp
- powder 1/2 tsp
- to taste
How to make Protein packed Egg roll
My Tip:Do not pour the thick layer of batter as it will break at the time of rolling. It should be as thin as possible.
