Chicken Manchow soup is an Indo Chinese dish; known for its hot and spicy flavors. The crunchy vegetables and crispy noodles is what makes this Manchow Soup irresistible.

Ingredients Serving: 3

chicken 100gm boneless
egg 1no
cabbage 1/4 of a small cabbage, chopped finely
carrot 1no chopped finely
capsicum 1 chopped finely
ginger 2tbsp chopped
garlic 2tsp chopped
Green chilli 2no chopped
Dark soya sauce 2tsp
Chilli vinegar 1tsp
cornflour 1tbsp (for slurry)
Black pepper powder 2tsp
salt as per taste
oil 2tsp
Chopped spring onion /coriander leaves for garnishing
Fried noodles 1/2cup

Instructions

Boil chicken for 4/5mins, switch off and strain.
Let it cool. Keep the stock for later use.
Shred the boiled chicken or chop into thin slices.
Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add ginger, garlic, green chilli, saute few secs.
Add all chopped veggies. Mix well and cook for 1min.
Add shredded chicken, salt, black pepper powder, mix well. Cook on high for 2/3mins.
Pour the chicken stock. Cook till boil comes.
Beat one egg and add slowly stirring in between.
Add cornflour slurry, dark soya sauce, vinegar,chopped coriander leaves, mix well.
Adjust spices.
Serve hot with fried noodles. (Parboil noodles then deep fry).
