Ingredients to make Sambarvadi

  • maida 2 cup
  • Grited dry coconut 1 cup
  • coriander 1 cup
  • Khaskhas 2 tbs
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • peanut powder 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp

How to make Sambarvadi

  1. SAMBARVADI TESTY TREAT
  2. 2 CUP MAIDA 2 TBS OIL
  3. MIX IT WELL
  4. ADD WATER AND KNEAD DOUGH
  5. COVER IT FOR 20 MINUTE
  6. DRY ROAST GRITED COCONUT
  7. DRY ROAST SEASAME SEED
  8. DRY ROAST KHAKHAS
  9. MIX IT ALTOGETHER AND ROAST 2 MINUTE
  10. ADD 1 TBS OIL AND ROAST CHOPPED CORIANDER
  11. ADD PEANUT POWDER GARAM MASALA
  12. ADD CHILLI POWDER 1 TBS SAULT TO TASTE
  13. FEELING IS READY
  14. DOUGH IS READY
  15. ROLL A SMALL CHAPATI
  16. ADD MASALA
  17. FOLD IT FROM CORNER AND STICK WITH LITTLE WATER
  18. ROLL IT
  19. SAMBARVADI IS READY
  20. MAKE ALL SAMBARVADI SAME METHOD
  21. FRY IT 1OR 2 QUANTITY SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY
  22. SERVE IT WITH DATES CHUTANY
  23. IT IS VERY CRUNCHY AND TESTY
