Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1glass basmati rice
  2. 2 cups soya chunks
  3. 2 onion
  4. 1tsp gng paste
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/4tsp red chilli.
  8. 1glass water.

Instructions

  1. Soak nutri chunks in hot water for 10 minutes
  2. Soak rice for 10 minutes
  3. Heat oil in a cooker
  4. Put cumin seeds
  5. Add chopp onions and saute till it becomes brown
  6. Add gng paste
  7. Add strained soya chunks n cook with masala
  8. Add salt and red chilli
  9. Now put 1glass water.
  10. Cook till 1 whistle
  11. Open and eat with curd
