Chicken mince meat balls ,fried and cooked in Marinara sauce on a bed of the finest Borges spaghetti ,flavoured with onion greens and Basil .A complete protein meal savoured as preffered. Enjoy as brunch supper or dinner its a treat .

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For meat balls:
  2. 150 grams or 11/2cup chicken mince
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 or 2 bread slices soaked crumbled
  5. 1tson ginger garlic paste
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1tspn red chilli powder
  8. 1tspn garam masala
  9. Sprinkle of pepper
  10. oil to shallow fry
  11. For the Spaghetti :
  12. 100 grams or say 1/4 th portion of Borges Spaghetti packet as per ur requirement
  13. 1tspn oil
  14. 1tspn salt
  15. For Marinara gravy:
  16. 2small spring onions chopped
  17. Hand full. Of basil leaves
  18. 1tspn olive oil
  19. Half a cup of Marinara sauce ready from market
  20. 1tblspn full of grated cheddar cheese


  1. Wash chicken mince drain water well
  2. Keep ready egg bread spices and kheema
  3. Add the spices,egg and soaked bread slices to kheema mash well
  4. Grease palm and start making the meat balls
  5. Heat oil fry these on medium heat
  6. Fry golden keep aside
  7. Arrange the spaghetti marinara and basil spring onion etc
  8. On other side keep spaghetti to boil
  9. 15 minutes boil with salt in 750 ml water, drain out and place in rice dish to spread out
  10. Saute the green onion and basil in 1tspn oil in a pan
  11. Add the meat balls fried too
  12. Top this with Marinara sauce ,and a cup of water
  13. Let the meat balls simmer in sauce for 5 minutes
  14. Now you have all ready to plate
  15. Pour the meat ball gravy on the boiled spaghetti
  16. Sprinkle some grated cheddar cheese though optional
  17. Garnish around with some onions and basil leaves serve hot
