  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • Suger 1/2 cup
  • Chopped nuts 1/2cup
  • eggs 3
  • Yellow food colour
  • butter 50 grm
  • Baking powder 1/2 spoon

How to make Nuts wheat cake tea rusk

  1. EGGS, WHEAT FLOUR, CHOPPED NUTS, BUTTER, BAKING POWDER, SUGER, FOOD COLOUR
  2. BEAT BUTTER TILL FLUFFY
  3. ADD HALF CUP SUGER AND BEAT WELL
  4. ADD 3 WHOLE EGGS AND BEAT AGAIN
  5. ADD 1 TSP ALMOND ESSENCE
  6. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS AND BEAT AGAIN
  7. ADD YELLOW FOOD COLOUR OPTIONAL
  8. ADD CHOPPED NUTS AND MIX IT
  9. BATTER READY
  10. GREASE THE BAKING TRAY
  11. POUR THE BATTER THEN TAP IT
  12. PREHEAT OVEN AT 180° AND BAKE IT FOR 25 MIN
  13. ITS DONE
  14. LET IT COOL BEFORE SLICING
  15. SLICE IT
  16. ARRANGE IT IN A TRAY AND BAKE AGAIN
  17. 180° FOR 20 MIN
  18. NOW FLIP IT AGAIN BAKE IT FOR 15 MIN
  19. ITS DONE .. ENJOY WITH TEA
