Ingredients to make Ragi vadai

  • Ragi flour 250 g
  • Rice flour 50 g
  • Peas flour 100 g
  • onion 100 g
  • coriander leaves 1 cup
  • curry leaves small
  • ginger and garlic chopped 1 tbs
  • oil
  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • asafoetida 1/2 tsp

How to make Ragi vadai

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. MIX RICE PEAS RAGI FLOUR
  3. ADD SALT AND 2 TBS OF OIL MIX WELL
  4. ADD REAT OF THE INGREDIENTS
  5. SPRINKLE THE WATER AND MIX IT UP
  6. IT SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF CUTLET DOUGH
  7. IN HAND POUR SOME OIL AND SHAPE IT LIKE CUTLET
  8. FRY IT
